Each photographer has a different set of values that defines how they will shoot landscapes. Originality, environmentalism, aesthetics and realism are just some of the values people can have. These values are going to affect how you take your pictures and what you like to capture in each photo. One of the bigger concepts I took away from the article was a photos originality. You want to try and create something that nobody has created before you. You do not have to find a location where nobody has ever been, instead just make the photo unique. Story telling photography will help me analyze photos better and think about the meanings and stories behind them. Story telling is also similar to expressing a felling because we have to figure out what the photographer meant by their pictures.

I used my Samsung Galaxy S8 to take all of these pictures. I went to a few different locations. I feel like this assignment went well, besides the fact I did not have a good camera like a canon or nikon. I really liked being able to go and drive around to find some good spots to take pictures. I took the ones of New Brighton beach over the weekend. The sunsets were right outside of my house.
